Too big!

What are we going to do about this??!!! Time to find a new toy!

4 months

It's hard to believe but it's true! She's 4 months already!!! She is getting big fast and I do not like it!! I keep telling Pat that she's going to be 18 before we know it! At 4 months she is starting to play in her walker. She is still a little wobbly but for the most part does a great job! She especially likes the one at Aunt Brookes house but I dont have a picture of that.

I had to boost her alittle with a pillow! Her feet dont quite touch the floor yet.

She got her first bruise at daycare. It's alittle hard to see in this picture. A little boy threw a toy at her when she was in her bassinet. He got put in toddler jail(ie the high chair) and was told he could not come back to Sharon's. I guess this is not his first incident!

I went to get her out of bed the other day and this is how I found her! She was laughing and talking. And she is sideways! I did not put her to bed like that!! She was the opposite way!! She amazes me!

And one of me and her. I know that I post one of us almost everytime but I'm the mommy and I can do that!

At 4 months she is also..

Starting to eat rice cereal and baby food. I am attempting to make the baby food on my own and am having some troubles since I only have a blender and not a food processor .
She is starting to hate her carseat but only in the afternoon. This drives me nuts! ANY suggestions??!

She rolls over all the time.

She is in 3-6 month clothes and size 2 diapers. But can wear some 6 month clothes.

She is still a very happy baby!

She is teething. Goobering everywhere but still no tooth yet

She is a very good sleeper-has been since 7 weeks.

I dont know her height and weight yet but will find out on Monday so until then enjoy these pictures!

what's next??

Emery is getting so big! She seems to be outgrowing everything!! Here is a video of her rolling over-which she does all the time now! I cannot change her diaper without her rolling over! It's super cute and a tad annoying! Especially since she has now peed on my floor 2 times!

Grandma Pat and Aunt Meredee came into town last weekend for their 2nd annual summer trip!! Hopefully there will be plenty more of those. Grandma feeding Evelyn her yogurt. It was so funny to watch because Ev just let her do it! I think she liked the attention since the babies get alot of it now but she still gets the most from Papa. He is her" boyfriend" so funny when he says that to her!!!

We had Family Fun Day on Sunday with the Cales', Janelle and Evelyn. We went on the water taxi. The first time for all of us. It was a pretty good time and Emery was a great little girl all day!

Emery''s first time in the pool-She loved it! She's starting to teeth so she's been alittle fussy. And this really calmed her down.

Aunt Meredee brought all the kids a bear. As you can see Emery loves hers already! They are super soft. I am alittle jealous myself!

Brady and those eyes. He asked me earlier this day if I noticed anything different about his face. I stared pretty hard and saw nothing! Then he says I dont have a unibrow anymore! I asked him how he got rid of it and he said his mom naired it. He did tell me he likes it better this way though!

Another photo of her first time swimming. This was when we first got in there before I was able to put her cute swim suit on or even the little swimmer. Oh well at least I got the little swimmer on! We have a few more times yet to get a pic of her suit!



I love it when Meredee and Grandma come to town. I love the conversation and the fun times! We defiantley need to do this more often!!

Babysitting

Last week I was on vacation so I took Evelyn all week too. She is so easy to watch and loves playing with Emery. Plus it saves Janelle alittle on daycare! We also went over to Uncle Brookes house-that is what Evelyn calls Aunt Brooke which is super funny everytime she says it! Brooke was watching baby Blake to save Layla and Erik on day care. So here are a few picture from that.. Emery not quite sure what to think of her new cousin yet! Little guy wasnt too happy with us!

Evie in Emery's room riding the horsey. She will play in there all day long! She also likes to play in the kennel-i'm probably a bad aunt for letting her do it but she likes it!

3 months

Little miss Emery is 3 months old already!! And she's still fantastic! We did not go to the doctor this month so I do not have her weight or her lemght but if I had to guess it would be somewhere around 16lbs and 26 inches long. She is a very long baby. She still looks exactly like her dad-which I can finally see! She sleeps through the night and has since 7 weeks. She's a very content baby. She has not rolled over yet but has come so close. She gets 3/4 of the way there and I think she gets tired so she rolls back over! She is a morning person just like her mommy. She loves when people talk to her and will follow your voice wherever you go.She is now wearing size 2 diapers and size 3-6 month clothes. She doesnt mind when we put bows in her hair which is good because she is bald and I love the bows! We are going to get her ears pierced soon but I am avoiding taking her since I have a tendancy to cry when she is sad! So that will be a job for her aunts. We are also planning on getting her blessed on Aug 15th since Jane(the lady that married us) will be in town. But we have not worked out details yet.
