suggestions anyone??

I bought this cd the other day because I was in extreme need of a new cd! I get frustrated when I'm on my way home from work and there is nothing good on any of the radio stations. I used to listen to jeopardy-weird kind of I know -don't judge! But ever since they converted the tv's over I don't get that channel. So I bought this cd b/c I like his stuff that's on the radio right now my favorite was "Alright". Janelle and I saw him in concert when he was in town with Dierks Bentley and he throws a pretty good show -I was impressed! I was never a Hootie fan but now i'll hear their songs at work and I kind of like them but I think that's jsut because I like Darius! All in all it's a good cd. Not rush out and go by yourself one great but good.

The last cd I bought was this one by Jason Aldean-I loved it!!! I was hoping that Darius Rucker would have met the same expectations but he didn't. So now I am on the hunt for a really good country cd. I guess it doesn't have to be country but I prefer it-I'm open to suggestions!


Does anyone have a good cd that they would recommend me??!!

Who takes a comb with them to school when they are 10 years old then gets it stuck on the top of their head because they were twirling it around?!! And what's been happening all weekend to him because he refuses to cut all of his hair off! LOL really i'm laughing really hard just writing this. It looks like a mullett gone wrong!! I mean just cut off all your hair kid! I was dying when they came over for dinner and laughed everytime I looked at him. I know it's mean but come on he was laughing too!

Maverick and his new friend Kiran I thought this was so cute! I was sitting behind them at the boys' first football game and Maverick kept putting his arm around him!

Maverick and Kiran-they are best buds and neighbors! Everytime I go to Brookes house they are playing outside from the time they get up until they have to go to bed.

Same day(minutes apart!) She loves them! Don't mind her messy face and her pj's we were hanging out front drinking coffee and catching up with Joy.

***Notice Dad's little red investment behind Evie. He drives this thing Everywhere! Its a freaking Festiva!! All I can say is I'm glad I am not 16 and have to drive this thing!

A day at the Zoo

Sunday Pat and I took Maverick to the Zoo. My mom's work was having a family fun day and it was free everything. Who could pass up a free day of fun?!! Brooke and her family were going to go with but the older 2 boys had football so Pat and I took Maverick all by himself! Here are some of the things we did and saw It was a really fun day! Here is a cougar

Maverick hid from Pat and I when we stopped at the playground. He got a little upset with us b/c he thought we were laughing at him but we weren't. He kept asking if everything was safe to go on. It was really cute and funny! He's really safe conscious now.

Here is the momma and the baby camel-The baby was born on June 7th!

Maverick's wing span was 3'5"-the size of a peregrine falcon

It was a tad chilly and we got sprinkled on at times but all in all it was a fantastic day!!

Maverick on the pony ride all by himself. He wanted me by is side before it started moving then wanted me to go away after he realized it didnt go fast. He did tell me that he felt like a cowboy and all he needed was boots and a hat! He was soo funny.

Cute ducks in the coi pond. There were so many fish in there and they were HUGE! I was too excited feeding them to get a picture-it was my favorite part of the zoo!

This elephant is 40 yrs old! And the one in the back is 34.

Maverick and me on the merry go round-I get sick on rides and I thought for sure I was going to hurl on this. Pat should have taken one for the team and road with him!! But he sat on the bench and took pictures instead :)

A baby giraffe- they are really cute and I didnt even zoom on this-that's how close you are to them.

Nice try Spencer but your built like your Uncle Erik and Uncle Pat! His muscles look like tiny little bumps!! It's sweet!
He is growing up fast though! Oh and he is now officially taller than me. Well at least the little nephews still have to look up to me!
