Spencer

I never post pictures of my nephew Spencer so I thought I would do that today! He's the second oldest nephew. I don't get to see him or his family as often as I would like because they live in Des Moines. I was there a month ago and Spencer is getting so tall. He's taller than I am but that doesn't say much because I am only 5'3! Here are some pictures from baseball-I hear he's pretty good! I really need to go watch him next year! I'm not being a very good Aunt.

Canoe Trip 2009

Last weekend we headed to the cabin for a canoe weekend. It was a blast. Fun times with fun people. The weather was perfect. Anytime we're at the cabin is a good time it's always nice to get away for the weekend. And it's awesome that we have a spot to do that! Here is Tina and Danielle poor Tina drank a little too much while in the hot sun. She didnt last long after this picture was taken.

My cute husband and I-right before I almost died! It was really quit scary! I almost fell off a little cliff and into the river. Whoevers idea it was to put the picnic table by a hill was not thinking and not very smart!

FINALLY!!

I got this bad boy yesterday just in time for the weekend canoe trip! Not exactly what I wanted but it will do for the time being! It is a Fuji digital camera that is waterproof! That's right I said WATERPROOF!! It can go up to 10 feet in the water. But cant be in the water for more than 2 hours. I'm ok with that! And it is this bright green color. It's all they had not my style but like I said it will do for now :) Just until I can afford one of those really nice canon's that I want.
